20 Goals for 2020

    Every new year, I like to set some goals for myself and the year ahead. I guess you could call these resolutions, but I prefer to view them as reminders. I am a firm believer of living life to the fullest NOW and hope that inspires you to do the same.

    Here are my 20 Goals for 2020:

    1. Feel all the feelings

    2. Practice mindfulness every day

    3. Drink more water

    4. East less processed foods

    5. Host dinner parties

    6. Go out more

    7. Visit 7 new places

    8. Discover my passion/s

    9. Manifest great things

    10. Surround myself with good energy

    11. Attend more live music shows

    12. Exercise regularly

    13. Embrace the unfamiliar and unknown

    14. Less overthinking

    15. Write often

    16. Escape to nature for a reset

    17. Experience at least 5 "firsts"

    18. Graduate Grad school and find a job

    19. Don't be afraid to put myself out there

    20. Be present!!
