With rooftop season in full swing, Sabine Rooftop Bar is a must for those who appreciate views and vibes.

There are three different sections to the restaurant that you can book for hand-crafter cocktails and delicious light bites. Mario and I sat on the outside terrace, and even though it was a chillier night, we had so much fun. We sat right in front of St. Paul's Cathedral, but had views of east London - a proper mix of old and new.

We took a variety of appetizers which filled us up plenty. I love when a happy hour can turn into a meal! We ordered the charcuterie, Lamb tostadas (our fave!), Tandoori prawn skewers, mac n cheese bon bons, and the crisp potatoes. For drinks, Mario took the Moscow Mule and I had the Skyline Margarita. They initially ran out of the homemade pineapple foam, but I got the fresh batch by our second round. 10/10 would recommend!

What are your favorite rooftop bars in London? I have my running list, and am looking forward to the summer!
